The Oratorical Legacy of Dr. King continues in the young voices of student orators from three middle schools and three high schools who will speak on the theme: Beyond Dreams and Mountains: Her Voice-Her Mission. The virtual YouTube stage of the Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in affiliation with the Delta Research Educational Foundation now in its 37^th year presents The Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Oratorical Competition and Program.  The theme calls on these student orators to speak on the vision of unsung heroines of the Civil Rights Movement past and present; their vision and work and how it aligns with Dr. King’s vision. Tune in to hear the MLK Virtual Community Choir sing Happy Birthday to Dr. King and our guest choir, The Ebony Impact Gospel Choir from Old Dominion University will provide virtual thematic selections as well. Other special guests include Maria Howell (singer, actor, and voiceover artist, and member of DST) and Delta’s own South Atlantic Region Chaplain, Tayon Dancy.
